With more than ten years of hands on experience, Aidan has built a career grounded in technical excellence, reliability, and genuine care for his clients. He holds both an Electrical Licence and a Refrigerant Handling Licence, and is factory trained across leading compressor and air treatment brands. This expertise allows him to deliver complete in house solutions that meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and performance.

Throughout his career, Aidan has worked across almost every industry, including mining, medical, food and beverage, manufacturing, and many others in between. This broad experience has given him a deep understanding of the unique challenges and compliance requirements within each sector, allowing Beesure to provide tailored solutions that deliver reliable performance in any environment.

Before launching Beesure, Aidan successfully managed service operations and technical teams for a major compressor company, overseeing everything from complex overhauls to strategic business performance.
